The Gull Lake Area Rotary works hard to provide funding for community needs.

Some of the projects we funded in the 2023/ 2024 Rotary year were:

• We provided vouchers to families to attend the "Mother Son Dance" at the Richland Area Community Center for those who couldn’t afford to attend.

• Gull Lake Area Rotary matched the Gull Lake Middle School Interact Club's fundraising efforts and together sent $1200 to a school in Haiti to help pay for  teacher's salaries and purchase school supplies for impoverished kids.

• Richland Elementary PTO received a grant to purchase books for students to encourage reading through Reading Bingo.

• GLARC purchased bariatric shower equipment for Lending Hands of Michigan to help them address the needs of their clients.
